These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Proxy Grove (“Proxy Grove,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of proxygrove.com, related dashboards, APIs, documentation, and proxy infrastructure services (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, accessing the website, or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter a contract to use the Services.
The Services are intended for business and professional use. You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if we have previously suspended your access.
Account registration requires accurate, current information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, API keys, and proxy authentication details.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require additional verification for security or compliance reasons.
Use strong unique passwords, restrict dashboard access to authorized personnel, and rotate credentials if exposure is suspected. Do not share account access in public forums or insecure channels.
Proxy Grove provides proxy infrastructure and related platform features as described on product pages and in your plan. Features, locations, protocols, and limits may vary by product and subscription.
We may update, improve, or modify Service features to maintain security, performance, or operational integrity. Material changes that affect paid plans will be communicated through reasonable channels where practical.
Paid Services are offered on subscription or prepaid plans as displayed at checkout or in an enterprise agreement. Plan limits, renewal terms, and included features are those stated for your selected plan at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Enterprise customers may have custom terms in a separate order form or agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed enterprise agreement controls for that customer.
Fees are due according to the billing cycle shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until canceled.
You authorize Proxy Grove and its payment processors to charge applicable fees and taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
You may cancel through your account controls or by contacting support before the next renewal. Access typically continues until the end of the then-current paid period unless your plan states otherwise.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and the terms shown at purchase. Unless required by law or expressly stated for your plan, fees are non-refundable once Services have been provisioned.
For billing disputes, contact support promptly with your account details and transaction reference so we can review the request.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your traffic, configurations, targets, and compliance with laws and third-party terms that apply to your activities.
You must protect credentials, avoid abusive patterns that degrade network integrity, and follow fair-usage expectations associated with your plan.
You may not use the Services to engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. Without limitation, the following are prohibited:
We work to provide reliable Services, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, upstream network conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance. Where practical, we aim to minimize disruption and communicate significant planned work.
Proxy Grove and its licensors own all rights in the Services, branding, documentation, software, and related materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during your active subscription.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services except to the extent permitted by law.
The Services may interoperate with third-party tools, payment processors, or linked websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Proxy Grove is not responsible for third-party services you choose to use alongside our platform.

Proxy Grove is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, government actions, or failures of upstream providers.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROXY GROVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that they will meet every commercial requirement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROXY GROVE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PROXY GROVE FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Proxy Grove and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content or traffic, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
You may stop using the Services at any time and cancel according to your plan rules. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay fees, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Services. Provisions that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, IP ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date and post the updated Terms on this page. Material changes may also be communicated by email or dashboard notice where appropriate.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes, except where applicable law requires a different process.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Proxy Grove’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer or business protections require otherwise.
Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms, except where applicable law provides you with a right to bring claims elsewhere.

Do not conduct denial-of-service, intrusion, or credential attacks.
Do not misuse features, circumvent limits, or resell access without authorization.
We may perform maintenance required to keep systems secure and reliable.
Planned updates may temporarily affect specific features or routes.
Short interruptions can occur due to network or operational conditions.
We continuously improve routing, capacity, and platform stability.
Control who can access your dashboard and proxy credentials.
Use strong credentials and update them if compromise is suspected.
Keep registration and billing details current and truthful.
You are responsible for lawful use of the Services in your jurisdiction.
